Deba Harper is a Visionary with a dream that led her to relocate from Los Angeles to Detroit. She is a thought leader carrying the message of the intersectionality between real estate and workforce development for creating a new middle class in Detroit.
Ms. Harper’s lived experience is the seed of CHAMP Nation. Her struggle to rebuild her life from the economic downturn gave birth to the supportive housing program Life Bridge for people to journey from poverty to prosperity.

Introducing the Inaugural Tech CHAMP+ion High School (TCi-High) Spring 2024 Cohort.

TCi-High, is our way of preparing Salesforce qualified and certified talent starting in 10th grade. We will work with our cohort participants for 3 years and they will have multiple certifications starting with Salesforce Associates and 3 years of experience through Grow Detroit's Young Talent.
